Process & Material
ATHLETIC SHOE SERVICE uses high quality rubber soling materials selected for comfort, performance and durability. Most tennis shoes are resoled with our famous "squeaky-dot sole"; most running shoes with a "blown rubber" sole with "carbon-rubber heel". New EVA material is used for repairing minor wear through and replacing midsoles. For toe-guards, tips and custom heel replacement a resilient, anti-abrasive material is used. Old soles are carefully removed, the shoe is then inspected and carefully repaired before the new sole is custom fitted and bonded to the shoe. Mr. Abel Salazar, a 19 year employee of ATHLETIC SHOE SERVICE , ensures the finest craftsmans hip for your shoes.
